What we collect
When you take the SkinTold assessment, we collect: your first name, email address, quiz answers, and any selfie photos you upload. We also collect basic technical data (browser type, language, IP address) to improve our service.
How we use your data
Your data is used solely to generate your personalised skin analysis report and, if you subscribe, to deliver your ongoing skincare journey. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Photo storage
Selfie photos are stored securely in encrypted cloud storage. They are used only for AI analysis to generate your report and heatmaps. You can request deletion of your photos at any time.
AI processing
Your quiz answers and photos are processed by AI models (Google Gemini and Anthropic Claude) to generate your analysis. These services process data under strict data processing agreements and do not retain your data for training.
